Toronto - (May20-2015) Craft Beer Passports is on sale now, providing beer lovers with an affordable way to explore Toronto’s eclec- tic craft beer scene. Using their Passport, a pass holder can choose one $2/12oz. craft beer, from a list of three, at twenty participating bars across Toronto between June 1st and November 30th. New to this year, select bars will offer pass holders a chance to upgrade to a full pint for just $3.50 total. Craft Beer Passports will be available for purchase online (www.craftbeerpassport.ca) and at select bars (starting June 1st) for $20 each.
The Craft Beer Passport offers Torontonians a great deal on local beer (it works out to roughly $100 worth of craft beer for $60!) as well as a ‘field guide’ to Toronto’s craft beer scene. The eye-catching Passport fits snugly into a wallet, so Torontonians can walk around the city confident that—regardless of where they are—they are only minutes away from a bar with craft beer on tap. With the summer ‘round the corner, the Passport inspires pass holders to explore Toronto through beer and beer through Toronto, while helping to support independent bars and the brewers of craft beer.
In its second installation, the Craft Beer Passport has a whole set of new bars on the circuit, custom-made Craft Beer Passport glasses to enjoy at the bars and hand-drawn pub crawl maps to help pass holders plan out their adventures!
Bars on this year’s Passport include: The Craft Brasserie & Grille, Duggan’s Brewery, The Four Seven, Rainhard Brewery, Wise Bar, Castro’s Lounge, The Gaslight, Brooklyn Tavern and The Borough!
